Our International Leading Team
Our team consists of passionate outdoor educators with extensive camping experience and a deep love for nature. They are adventure enthusiasts skilled in activities like hiking, bikepacking, open-water swimming, camping, diving, and more. Committed to sustainable practices, they uphold Leave No Trace principles to protect the environment.
Hailing from diverse nationalities, they bring multilingual communication and a strong appreciation for cultural diversity and respect. Some have lived in China for over 20 years, while others have been here for at least three. Beyond being experienced educators, they are caring mentors who inspire young people to explore the outdoors, discover their strengths, and grow through self-discovery.
Dedicated to youth development, they foster confidence, resilience, and a lifelong connection with nature.

Campsite: Campground at Singing Deer Lodge
Singing Deer Lodge is an exclusive campsite nestled in the scenic Miyun District of Beijing. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, the lodge boasts fresh air and lush greenery, with a remarkable 90% vegetation coverage.
Spanning 5,000 acres of mountainous terrain, it offers a variety of outdoor adventures, including hiking along the Great Wall, zip-lining, navigating a high ropes course, rock climbing, and more.
The campsite features tiered terraces for tent setups, ensuring a comfortable and organized stay. Guests also have access to clean, hygienic restroom facilities and a convenient 2-meter-long sink with running water.
