Close the year with intention. From family arts and hikes to goal-setting circles, this is a reflective and joyful retreat to unite your family (3,399 RMB for 3) or start your own fresh chapter (Individual: 1,699 RMB).
COMBO REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY
Payment Schedule:
1. All Combos (except Combo 4):
- 25% deposit due upon registration to secure your combo booking
- Remaining 75% balance due 21 days before the first scheduled activity
2. Combo 4 (All-Camps Epic):
- 25% deposit due upon registration
- Full payment required by May 15, 2026, after registartion you can workout a payment plan with our finance department.
Refund Policy:
IMPORTANT: Refunds are only possible BEFORE the first scheduled activity begins.
- Before First Activity: 90% of total combo price refunded (10% administrative fee retained)
- After First Activity: NO REFUNDS of the combo price
- Missed Individual Activities: If a participant chooses not to attend a specific activity within their combo, the funds for that activity will not be refunded. The combo represents a packaged value, and unused components cannot be refunded individually.
Activity Rescheduling & Flexibility:
1. Tayrona-Initiated Rescheduling: If external circumstances (extreme weather, government warnings, etc.) force us to reschedule an activity, the new dates are automatically covered within your combo at no additional cost.
2. Participant-Initiated Rescheduling: We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule ONE activity within your combo, you may choose to participate in a similar activity of equal or lesser value (subject to availability). Please choose your preferred camps and activities in advance during registration to ensure optimal planning.
3. Transfer Policy: Combo slots are transferable within immediate family members with prior written notice.
